This database system from Magnaflux has an integrated computer to improve inspection quality and productivity with D-Series or MD-Series MPI benches. This system improves quality control and traceability, reduces part processing time and increases throughput by saving approximately 10 minutes per job and significantly reduces paperwork time. With a 12.1” (30.7cm) touch screen HMI and a barcode scanner capable of reading barcodes and QR codes, this interactive interface provides real-time feedback to alert if daily, weekly, or monthly checks are outside of ASTM requirements.
