Service, Calibration & Repairs

Calibration of NDT equipment sent to our facility is completed in under 3 working days (standard service). A RUSH service of approximately 1 hour is also available for most devices, letting you wait on site while our specialists calibrate your instrument. This timeframe is an approximation, applies to a single device, and some models may require additional time.

Yes. Most makes and models are calibrated, repaired or maintained at our location, or on site when possible. Our technicians are electronics specialists with factory training, which lets us quickly send you a written estimate for approval before any repair work begins. Our technicians are often able to repair equipment that others have deemed beyond repair.

Our list covers a very broad range: UT flaw detectors and machines, thickness gauges (with or without A-Scan), coating thickness gauges, eddy current equipment, densitometers, conductivity meters and blocks, gauss meters, field indicators, radiometers and photometers, UV sensors, survey meters, gammameters, digital alarming dosimeters, quick break testers, shunt meters and shunt bars, yokes, power packs, timers, dryer ovens for LPI lines, magnetic benches, liquid penetrant inspection systems, film processors (Agfa, Carestream, Kodak, Fuji, Colenta), radiation detection portals and x-ray units of all makes and models.
